TOKYO MARUI RECCE Next Gen Electric Airsoft ( ERG )

My personal take on this gun since it is the newest line of recoil operated AEG's is of amazement. This gun uses a weight embedded piston as its main source of “Oomf” and has a respectable amount of kick considering it is recoil operated.

Initial Impressions:

After rushing to open the packaging, and opening the box it’s pretty much a nice looking M4 EBB. The gun is nicely packed in with Velcro strapping.
The box contains, aside from the obvious AEG, you get:
- Cleaning rod
- Loading tube-like instrument
- Manual ( I'd advise taking a look at this)
- Small bag of BB's ( I didn’t used these, maybe you can re-gift it for one of your Airsoft buddies?)

The Gun's Make-Up:

This gun features mostly Aluminum build besides the plastic pistol grip and stock, very solid to the touch and lofting it around has no squeaks or movement to it. The Daniel Defense Free float RIS is a nice addition and with real trademarks adds to the nice look. Classic SOPMOD style and build allowing for mad and mass customization, personally I have a dual offset mount which I put two lasers and is pretty funny to see people’s reactions “What the heck, I’m being targeted by two people? Besides that, I’d say the whole feel seems so realistic down to the bolt lock system TM has installed, after the last round has been fired the bolt opens like the real steel (major plus for realism) which is triggered by a magnet in the magazine. I’ve found it to be the ultimate indication when my magazine is out since it just suddenly stops firing.
