For complete ambidextrous operability, the bolt lever is interchangeable.

A threaded barrel (M12x1) for tracer and silencer units, as well as a Picatinny quad rail with Combat grip already mounted and adjustable sights complete the package that makes the Beretta PMX the ideal CQB submachine gun.
