Sending the product without properly checking it.

As soon as I received it, I said there was a gas leak in the magazine, but when I asked which product was the problem, I was told it was this one. I asked if the magazine was leaking gas, and they said yes. In the end, they didn't provide a solution and decided not to ask any more questions.

Decent gun

Loads of recoil, very fun to shoot. But it does eat through gas and is prone to strange and random issues
