Good purchasing experience, bad quality of the product

Hello, I am happy with the purchasing experience with you, including the customer service you provided. However, the quality of the magazines was very very bad, as both have broken after the first use. I am really disappointed with GHK products, also considering the high price tag. I do not return the products only because the shipping cost and customs tolls are as high as the value of the goods.

What's the issue with the magazine? Please send a video to customer service, and we'll see if we can help resolve it.
