We use Hong Kong Dollars as the base currency. The online store uses real-time automatic currency conversion to facilitate the user to know the approximate price in the currency he/she is familiar with, and the price will be in Hong Kong Dollars at the checkout.

Prices do not include any import duties and taxes, please check your local import regulations.

The order record in My Account will only record the original order, if there are any changes to the items in your order, they will not be shown here and the updated order will only be sent to your email address.

• If you have just created an account, please check your mailbox and activate your account.
• If you forgot your password, please reset it.

Please place your order in the online store first.

• f you pay by PayPal or credit card, you can only choose delivery, you need to fill in the correct delivery address on the order form (e.g. hotel or SF Express pickup point near you.)
• If you would like to pick up the item(s) yourself, please select pay by " Hong Kong - Bank Remittance / Bank Transfer " and contact us to confirm your order, which must be picked up and paid in Hong Kong Dollars by the end of the next business day.

Orders that are not confirmed or not collected will be deleted and blacklisted.

* We do not have store walk-in service, only pick up, we do not accept overseas travelers to purchase other products at the pick up point.

We do not have a physical store, all purchases are made through our online shop.

We only provide muzzle velocity adjustment service for export areas that are restricted by regulations, we do not provide any other airsoft modification or enhancement service.

We ship airsoft to Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Japan, Korea, Norway, Poland, Spain, United Kingdom, United States of America, for other countries, please check this links.

• If you paid with PAYPAL, the payment will be refunded directly to your PAYPAL account.
• For payments made using VISA/MASTER platform, it takes approximately 10 working days to process the refund.
